Different from the bulkiness and limitation of tracked equipment, the tire-type diesel scraper adopts a lightweight chassis design and is equipped with professional mining tires, which have both flexibility and stability. It can not only realize large-scale and high-efficiency loading and transportation in the open areas of surface open-pit mines, but also flexibly shuttle through the narrow tunnels of underground gold mines to cope with complex turning and climbing scenes. For underground gold mines, the tunnel width is limited, the turning radius is small, and the slope fluctuates greatly. Traditional equipment is often difficult to operate flexibly. However, through optimizing the body structure, the tire-type diesel scraper can control the minimum turning radius within a reasonable range, and the maximum climbing capacity can reach 20°. Even on rough tunnel roads, it can maintain stable operation and easily complete the whole process of loading, transportation and unloading without frequent adjustment of equipment position, which greatly improves the operation continuity.
